“I want to share a great experience I had today with all of you. About 2 weeks ago I needed to have my eyes examined so I could re order new contact lens. So I went to my optometrist at Lens Crafters for my eye examination. The Doctor wanted me to try a new multi focal lens from Cooper Vision called Proclear Multifocal Toric. The doctor claims this new contact lens will increase my distance vision. Today I received a phone call from Lens Crafters that my special order sample had arrived. I also need to mention that my phone experience with the customer service representative I spoke with at New Benefits, on a scale of 1 to 10, I would give her a 10+ excellent customer service. ”
